Nepal Peace Pagoda in Brisbane, Queensland

Nepal Peace Pagoda

If you’ve followed me throughout my adventures, I definitely live a fast-paced life.  I like to re-connect with my inner peace to keep the work/life balance in check.

Nepal Peace Pagoda

A short stroll from the Wheel of Brisbane is a path along the waterfront that leads to a forrest of bamboo trees surrounding a hand carved wooden pagoda.

A short walk from the Wheel of Brisbane is the Nepal Peace Pagoda.  Tucked away in the lush landscaping of the South Bank Parklands it is the only international exhibit remaining from the 1988 World Expo.

The Nepal Peace Pagoda is completely free! It’s a great place for people to enjoy the serene beauty in one of the three Nepalese Pagodas outside of Nepal.
